Kinabalu Jewelry was born from a moment of personal transformation.

For years, I worked in the intense, fast-paced world of banking—long days, endless demands, and little room for creativity. To find a sense of peace, I began handcrafting jewelry. What started as therapy for my soul soon became my true passion.

With each piece, I realized I wasn’t just designing accessories—I was creating stories and emotions in the form of jewelry. Inspired by the nature, ocean, and beaches that shaped my childhood in Costa Rica, every design is meant to evoke connection, strength, and authentic beauty.

Today, from Arizona, I, Patricia Bilandzija, founder and designer of Kinabalu Jewelry, continue crafting unique, handmade pieces with natural materials and luxury finishes—designed for women who value authenticity and want jewelry that makes them feel confident, special, and part of something greater: a story with soul.
